MACON COUNTY BOARD RESOLUTION I <br /> RESOLUTION N0. G-3529-12-10 � <br /> FOURTH AMENDMENT TO JURY PARKING AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation ("City") and the <br /> county of Macon, unit of local goverrunent ("County") entered into an agreement ("Agreement") ' <br /> dated October 30, 1995 for jury parking and amendments thereto dated February 18, 2002; �I <br /> December 19, 2005; and Apri17, 2008; and, I <br /> WHEREAS, the County has decreased jury service from 30 weeks to 24 weeks effective <br /> January 1, 2011; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City and County agree that monthly payments should be decreased to <br /> $600.00 per month because of the decrease to 24 weeks for.jury parking. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City and County agree as follows: <br /> 1. Commencing with January 1, 2011 the monthly payment specified by paragraph 3 of the <br /> Agreement shall be $600.00. <br /> 2.
