AMENDMENT NUMBER 02 <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR LOCAL AGENCY MAINTENANCE OF <br /> TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br /> AGREEMENT NO. MA-5-007 <br /> The undersigned DEPARTMENT and GOVERNMENTAL BODY (the parties) agree that the <br /> following shall amend the AGREEMENT referenced herein. All terms and conditions set <br /> forth in the original AGREEMENT, not amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect <br /> as written. In the event of conflict, the terms of the arr�endment shall prevail. This <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDMENT is in the best interest of the State and authorized by law. <br /> 1. DESCRIPTION OF AGREEMENT: This is the Master Agreement for Local Agency <br /> maintenance and apportionment of energy costs for traffic control devices located on State <br /> highways within or near the Local Agency. <br /> 2. EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT: 21. days after execution of the Jurisdictional <br /> Transfer Agreement, State Job Number C-97-008-1 land Section Number 10-00001-00-JT. <br /> 3. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT: The DEPARTMENT intends to engage in the <br /> Jurisdictional Transfer of North and South Bound US 51 Business (FAP 710)from Cleveland <br /> Avenue northerly to Eldorado Street (US 36), in its entirety. Attachment A contains the <br /> description of the amendment. <br /> 4.
