� VACATION OF STR�ET <br /> RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> DOCUM�NT NO. <br /> Mail Tax Bill To: <br /> Archer-Daniels-Midland Company <br /> Atri1: General Counsel <br /> 4666 Faries Parkway <br /> Decatur, IL 62526 <br /> WHEREAS, after legal notice and public hearing, on October 21, 2010 the City Council <br /> of the City of Decatur adopted Resolution No. R2010-201 authorizing a Redevelopment <br /> Agreement between the City and Archer-Daniels-Midland Company ("ADM"), a copy of said <br /> Resolution and Agreement is attached hereto; and, <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said Redevelopment Agreement the City of Decatur agreed to <br /> vacate the 300 block of State Street at such time ADM notified the City that it had five hundred <br /> (500) or more employees at its Global Teclulology Center and its offices at 350 North Water <br /> Street, both adjacent to the 300 block of State Street; and, <br /> WHEREAS, ADM has certified to the City that it has at least 500 employees at said <br /> buildings, and has requested the City vacate the 300 block of State Street to ADM. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Decatur, Illinois, a municipal corporation, does hereby <br /> vacate the 300 block of State Street and title to said street is hereby vested in Archer-Daniels- <br /> Midland Company. The permanent inde� number of the property acquiring title to said street <br /> vacated hereby is 04-12-14-109-007. Said vacated street is legally described as: <br /> Vacation of a portion of right-of-way more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Eight (8) in Block Five (5) in North <br /> Decatur Addition to Decatur, Illinois, being Allen, McReynolds & Company's <br /> Addition to Decatur, a Subdivision of Part of the West Half (W '/2) of the <br /> Northwest Quarter (NW '/a) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Sixteen (16) <br /> North, Range Two (2) East of the 3rd P.M., as per Plat recorded on April 21, <br /> 1837 in Book "G" Page 365 of the Records of the Recorder's Office of Macon <br /> County, Illinois; thence South along the West line of said Block 5 of slid Allen, <br /> McReynolds & Company's Addition to the Southwest corner of Lot 1 of said <br /> Block 5 of said Allen, McReynolds & Company's Addition; thence West 60 feet <br /> to the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of Block Four (4) of North Decatur Addition to <br /> Decatur, Illinois, being Allen, McReynolds R.
