RELEASE <br /> ''"� <br /> THIS RELEASE is entered this �3 day of �+-�����'�x��'�' , 2010, by and between the City ' <br /> of Decatur ("City") and Archer-Daniels-Midland Comr�any ("ADM"), and Reynolds Development <br /> LLC ("Reynolds"). � <br /> WHEREFORE, ADM has entered into a contract with Reynolds Development LLC to purchase I <br /> the real estate commonly known as 350 North Water Street, Decatur, Illinois, and as described I <br /> by the attached Exhibit A; <br /> WHEREAS, the City has an interest in ADM acquiring the Property and desires to assist in the <br /> transfer of clear title; <br /> WHEREFORE, the parties agree, in exchange for mutual covenants contained herein and other <br /> good and valuable consideration, agree and contract as follows: <br /> 1.
