Nord, CBSE, President and owner, has 31 years of experience in design- ing, installing, and administrating successful service programs in the industry. Under his leadership NCS joined the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) in 1989. In 1996 he earned the Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation. It is the highest professional designation in the cleaning industry. He has served two three year terms on the BSCA1 Board of Directors. While on the Board he served on the Association's most influential committees including the Executive Committee, the Finance Committee, the Nominating Committee, and the Strategic Planning Team. He has been a speaker at the BSCAI Annual Convention as well as a speaker for the Bidding and Estimating Seminar. He graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Science , Degree in Business Administration. Barrar Nar , Operations Manager, has grown up with NCS. His experience began as a General Cleaner in small office buildings. He then became a carpet cleaning technician and he has also served as Warehouse Manager. After spending nearly three years at State Farm Insurance Companies he returned to NCS in June 2003 as Operations Manager. Mer�y Anr� Roth, Staff Accountant, received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Illinois State University in 1973. She obtained her CPA designa- tion in 1988 and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Merry Ann is married with two children. Linda Sears, Administrative Assistant, has been with NCS since 1991. She I assumed her current position in 1993. She supervises all office functions, includ- i ing inside sales. Linda has implemented many cost effective ideas that have resulted in increased office productivity. � Jo�n Farnam, Area Supervisor, has been with NCS since 1995. John started as a General Cleaner and quickly progressed to Night Supervisor in a large office complex. In 2002 he was promoted to Area Supervisor. John can always be relied upon and he is a stickler for detail. Lc�ri iViall, Area Supervisor, has been with NCS since 2007. She worked as a General Cleaner before being promoted to Supervisor six months after being hired. Dependable, trustworthy, friendly and customer service oriented all describe Lori. Eric �tc�ver, Area Supervisor, has been with NCS since 2007. He started with NCS as a General/Lead Person and was quickly promoted to Area Supervisor. Like all other NCS management team members Eric can always be counted on whether it be during or after his scheduled work shift.
