Irons, Director of Neighborhood Services <br /> SUBJECT: Subrecipient Agreement for CONO <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Staff recommends approval of the attached subrecipient agreement with the Coalition of <br /> Neighborhood Organizations (CONO) for neighborhood related activities. The amount <br /> allocated is $10,000 along with $6,216 in carryover. The agreement will expire August <br /> 31, 2011. Activities include but are not limited to: Neighborhood grants, National Night <br /> Out activities, room rental for monthly meetings, website development and maintenance, <br /> maxketing and reusable Banners for participating neighborhood groups. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> The Neighborhood Outreach Division has prepared a subrecipient agreement which will <br /> provide funds for CONO neighborhood activities.
