Replace, in kind, the curved side seal for the portion of the side seals around the <br /> torque tube. Make modification to the plan details for the horizontal torque tube seal to <br /> accommodate the actual field conditions, which vary from the plan details. <br /> Cost: $114,527.29 <br /> Change Order 3: Clean, complete surface repairs, and re-paint the north bascule gate torque tube. <br /> The existing bolts holding the horizontal seals in place came in contact with the torque tube, <br /> damaging the paint coating, and causing some gouging of the steel torque tube. <br /> Cost: $122,008.76 <br /> Change Order 4: The armature plates at each end of the north bascule gate do not match the plan <br /> details.
