R2010-158 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT <br /> FOR FY-2011 TRANSIT OPERATING ASSISTANCE GRANT <br /> - ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section L That the City of Decatur enter into a certain Downstate Public Transportation <br /> Operating Assistance Agreement, Contract#4004, OP-11-08-IL, ("Agreement") with the State of <br /> Illinois in order to obtain grant assistance under the provisions of the Illinois Downstate Public <br /> Transportation Act (30 ILCS 740/2-1, et seg.). <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor of the City of Decatur be, and he is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City of Decatur for such assistance. <br /> Section 3. That the Mass Transit Administrator of the City of Decatur be, and he is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to provide such information and to file such documents as may be <br /> required to perform the Agreement and to request and receive the grant funding. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 2"d day of August, 2010. i� <br /> � <br /> � / <br /> MICH EL T.
