EXHIB/T A <br /> Scope of Facade Work <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br /> The proposed project consists of the renovation and restoration of exterior East and North <br /> facades of the existing structure located at 150 East William Street, Decatur, Illinois. The <br /> work required includes, but is not limited to: <br /> 1. Brick restoration, mainly tuckpointing or repointing of mortar joints. <br /> 2. Wood window restoration of frames,jambs,heads, sills,and sashes. Clean, repair, <br /> and paint. <br /> 3. Add new polystyrene and EIFS system cornice on Southeast corner and partial East <br /> side. <br /> 4. Paint southeast corner of building. <br /> 5. Repair existing asphaltic material at one bay on East side. Paint to match brick. <br /> 6. Patch existing stucco-like material on portion of North Side. Paint <br /> 7. Provide parapet coping and related flashing, as necessary, at East and North side. <br /> 8. Provide new exterior awning at Southeast corner of building. � <br /> 8 <br />
