Exhibit A <br /> C. Provide topographic survey of Brush College Road, cross roads and driveways. <br /> D. Perform a drainage structure survey including all invert elevations. <br /> E. Perfarm a survey of all private and public utilities within the project limits. <br /> F. Obtain appropriate shots so that cross sections can be developed for Brush College Road <br /> mainline,intersecting cross roads and at all entrances and driveways. <br /> G. Topographic survey work shall be performed over the full width of existing roadway right- <br /> of-way and beyond to include areas where additional traffic lanes may be constructed. <br /> 3. Perform a topographic survey of the existing underpass elements.Locate limits of existing <br /> substructure units and limits of superstructure <br /> 4. The following will be performed as part of a railroad survey: <br /> A. Secure railroad flag�ing services from Norfolk Southern Railroad and the Canadian National <br /> Railroad for all survey work performed within 25 feet of the railroad track. <br /> B. Acquire railroad protective liability insurance for all survey work perfarmed on railroad <br /> property <br /> C. Perfarm railroad survey for a distance of approximately 1500 feet west of the Brush College <br /> Road crossing and for a distance of 1500 feet east of the crossing. This survey will be <br /> performed after roadway survey has set initial horizontal and vertical control to be used on <br /> the project. <br /> D. Obtain top of rail elevations at 50-foot intervals to be used to establish horizontal centerline <br /> and vertical profile of the existing tracks. Obtain top of rail elevations for all tracks within <br /> the established survey limits. Determine rail gauge and rail height. <br /> E. Obtain appropriate shots and topographic survey data so that cross sections can be developed <br /> that will extend beyond the railroad's right-of-way to accommodate possible railroad <br /> relocation for stage construction alternatives. <br /> F. Obtain topographic data on all key railroad features including but not limited to track <br /> switches,railroad signal structures,milepost, signal bungalows,railroad utilities and under- <br /> passing culverts and bridges. <br /> 5. A tree survey will also be performed. The areas to be surveyed will include the areas inside the <br /> ROW and any other areas identified for potential construction of the improvement. This survey will <br /> be conducted in accordance with current IDOT policies. The survey will include all trees six inches <br /> in diameter or greater plus smaller individual trees planted for landscape purposes. Individually <br /> inventoried trees will be located during the survey process. <br /> 6. Download survey data. Set baselines and develop TIN data.Process field survey data and plot <br /> topographic survey including all e�sting utilities and drainage structures in accordance with IDOT <br /> standards for symbology and format. <br /> Scope 6-4-10 A-2 <br />
