That the bid submitted for repairing the asphalt parking lot at the Transit <br /> Administration Building be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Dunn Company be accepted and a purchase order be awarded <br /> accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor of the City of Decatur be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> Dunn Company for repairing the asphalt parking lot at the Transit Administration Building at the <br /> not-to-exceed price of$18,689.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of June, 2010. <br /> l' <br /> I L T.
