R2010-126 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br /> U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT <br /> FY2010-2014 CONSOLIDATED PLAN ADOPTION AND <br /> FUND ALLOCATION FOR THE ANNUAL ACTION PLAN FY 2010/2011 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS; <br /> Section 1. That the FY 2010-2014 Consolidated Plan, which has been <br /> reviewed and approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development be <br /> adopted. <br /> Section 2. That the allocation of the Community Development Block Grant <br /> (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership funds as part of the FY 2010-14 <br /> Consolidated Plan which is outlined in the FY2010/2011 Annual Action Plan be, and the <br /> same are, hereby approved. <br /> Section 3.
