Building Success
Key Success Factors
The following list of success factors is the result of our deep experience
working with clients an a large number of successful presentations. We have learned to combine all of these elements in a way
that delivers maximum value and benefit to our clients.
Creativity
Iana will wark clasely with Decatur key personnel to understand the specific
objectives and the fiarget audience. We will bring several new features and
options to the table for your consideration. We then craft specific details
related to the design and review that with the client.
Key elements that must be considered:
• The target audiences must be accurately and completely defined
and described.
• The cammunication objectives must be prioritized and agreed upon
by key Decatur personnel.
• The overall objectives of the project and the associated time frames
will be reviewed and modified as necessary.
• The design must have broad appeal to the targeted audiences while
maintaining a specific focus on the defined abjectives.
• Additional overall design elements will be examined and considered
as the final design is created.
Process
In order to complete the Decatur initiative on target and on time, The Iona
Group will utilize our 4D approach. The Iona Group's 4D approach is time-
tested and has been used successfully on many different projects. The Iona
Group has used this approach for years in developing many different types of
media deliverables and indeed to successfully deliver projects af all sizes and
scope. This process provides an averall framework by which projects are
estimated, planned and executed. This process allows The Iona Group and
Decatur to meet the stated goals and objectives.
The 4Ds refer to the phases of a project that result in the incremental
building of an end product that meets the success criteria. The 4Ds are
Define, Design, Develop and Deliver. As projects are being discussed and the
objectives are framed up, we work with the client to understand the specific
objectives and parameters of the project.
