For the Transfer House Project, The IONA Group will assist a
small City-led design team to define the overall project scope, the technical requirements, the
functional requirements and the project paxameters for schedule and budget. After the definition
phase they will assist the design team on drafting, revising and approving the key design documents I
that will later support production in the Develop Phase. The design deliverables might include an ',
outline or flow chart, a pre-production plan, script or storyboard. The intent for creating these I
deliverables is to develop a common view of the end-product and for the activities to follow.
POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None.
INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: N/A
STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Greg Crowe at 424-2727 or
at gcrowe@decaturil.gov or Billy Tyus at 424-2305 or at btyus@decaturil.gov.
BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: Olde Towne TIF Funds will be used to expend the $20,000
for the study.
