771 W. Decatur-NSI#201000066. This case was started on 1-6-10. Sherry A. Davis-Dodd is named as <br /> the owner in the case. The water service was terminated in January of 2009 and the gas and electric <br /> meters have been locked off. Numerous roof leaks have caused extensive damage throughout the <br /> house. The furnace has been dismantled,the water heater removed and the water lines stripped out. <br /> The house is full of garbage and debris and in a severe state of deterioration all around. <br /> 503 E. Division-NSI#201000850. This case was started on 3-30-10. Harvey L. Washington is named as <br /> the owner in the case. The water service was terminated in September of 2008 and the gas and electric <br /> meters have been locked off. The house was found to be standing open and abandoned with a <br /> deceased dog inside. Roof leaks have caused extensive damage to the interior and there is mold <br /> throughout. The interior is full of garbage,debris and animal waste. <br /> 217 N. Excelsior-NSI #200902422. This case was started on 9-29-09. David Robert Reed is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The water service was terminated in September of 2009 and the gas and electric <br /> meters have been locked off. The house was found to be standing open and abandoned and in a severe <br /> state of deterioration all around. The eaves are rotted and falling off,the doors are hanging loose in the <br /> openings and the garage is collapsing. This case was started 6-9-08 and was unable to be resolved with a <br /> regular housing case. Donna Tucker is named as the owner in the case. The water service was <br /> terminated in March of 2007 and the gas and electric meters have been removed. There are open holes <br /> in the roof and structural deterioration. The interior has been vandalized and mostly destroyed while <br /> being stripped of items of value. <br /> 1520 N.Jasper-N51#200900930. This case was started 3-27-09 and unable to be resolved with a regular <br /> housing case. Mary Frazier is named as the owner in the case. The water service was terminated in <br /> February of 2010 and the gas meter has been locked off. The eaves are rotted and falling off,the porch <br /> is collapsing,there is structural deterioration,windows are missing and a portion of the foundation is <br /> now collapsing. The interior is strewn with animal waste and debris. <br />
