RESOLUTION NO. R2010-106 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO LEASE EMPHASYS TREASURY DESKTOP SOFTWARE <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur has been using Emphasys to provide treasury <br /> management software for the Finance Department for many years, and <br /> WHEREAS, Emphasys Treasury Management Software has submitted a proposal <br /> to provide such software for the Finance Department, in the amount of$8,136.00. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
