New items shall match existing type of <br /> components. <br /> 4) Power wash building prior to painting. <br /> 5) Apply two coats of exterior satin masonry paint manufactured by Sherwin- <br /> Williams or ICI paint companies. <br /> � 6) Metal roof coping, overhead door frames,metal doors, frames, window frames, <br /> downspouts, canopy ceiling, other steel items—hand clean and apply two coats of <br /> industrial enamel. <br /> 7) Arched entry ceiling—replace damaged drywall. Apply joint compound and paint <br /> two coats of exterior house paint. <br />
