The resolution authorizes the Mayor <br /> and the City Clerk to sign, seal and attest the agreement. <br /> BACKGROUND: The resolution presented April 19, 2010 to the Mayor and City Council did not <br /> authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to sign, seal and attest the agreement. As presented, the attached <br /> resolution provides such authorization. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: None known. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Outreach Staff, HOME regulations and guidelines. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: If City Council members have questions, they may contact Richelle D.
