Professional Services A�reement <br /> C08L0198A <br /> This Agreement is made this 18th day of January,2010 between the City of Decatur,subsequently referred to as <br /> "Client," and Hanson Professional Services Inc., subsequenfly referred to as "Hanson." <br /> By joining in this Agreement,Client retains Hanson to provide professional services in connection with a hydraulic <br /> study of the Lake Decatur Dam, subsequently referred to as"Project." <br /> By this Agreement,the scope of Hanson's services on Project is limited to that described in Attachment A.
