The current operation &maintenance manual far the Lake Decatur Dam. This information <br /> should include maintenance reparts and dam inspections. <br /> 2. The current operation&maintenance manual for the tailwater structure. <br /> 3. Dam operation recards. This information should include bascule-gate operation records and <br /> sluice gate operation records for Lake Decatur Dam and the tailwater structure <br /> 4. Historic reports on the dam, spillway, sluice gate structure and tailwater structure. <br /> 5. Hydrologic/Hydraulic Models created for Lake Decatur.
