R2010-78 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> KING-LAR COMPANY <br /> - TRANSIT BUS BARN HEATING SYSTEM - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the bids submitted for replacing the heating system in the Transit bus <br /> storage facility, the bus barn, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of the King-Lar Company be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor of the City of Decatur be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and the <br /> King-Lar Company for replacing the heating system in the Transit bus barn, as specified in their <br /> bid, at the not-to-exceed price of$32,874.00. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 2010. <br /> � <br /> ✓ <br /> HAEL T.
