That the Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Gary L. <br /> Haines, owner of the real estate located at 248 North Park Street, for the funding of the <br /> restoration work as set forth in said Agreement, using funds made available by the Community <br /> Development Block Grant Program be, and the same is, hereby received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
