R2010-59 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SECOND EXTENSION OF CONTRACT <br /> - SUBURBAN DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING — <br /> - HOUSEHOLD RECYCLING SERVICES— <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution R2009-147 authorized the First Extension of the Recycling ' <br /> Contract between the City of Decatur and Suburban Disposal and Recycling providing for I <br /> curbside recycling services and said contract terminates on March 30, 2010; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur and Suburban Disposal and Recycling desire to extend <br /> said contract for an additional six (6) month period_ <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
