R2010-54 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RENEWAL OF <br /> ANNUAL SUPPORT AGREEMENT AND <br /> LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MUNIS SOFTWARE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Renewal of the Annual Support Agreement and License Agreement with <br /> Tyler Technologies, Inc. for MUNIS Software and presented to the City Council herewith be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
