RESOLUTION NO. R2010-47 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTINGENCY FOR THE <br /> M. L. KING WATER MAIN <br /> CITY PROJECT 03-23 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the contract between Atlas Excavating, Inc., and the City of <br /> Decatur be, and the same is hereby modified, so that as modified, said contract authorizes <br /> a Contingency in an amount not to exceed $172,744.00. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute such <br /> Contingency as is necessary to effect the intent hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described agreements are germane to I <br /> said contract, as signed, and such changes are in the best interest of the City of Decatur I� <br /> and are authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
