R2010-42 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT WITH <br /> THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE <br /> FRANKLIN STREET BRIDGE TO INCLUDE REMOVAL <br /> AND REPLACEMENT OF HIGHWAY LIGHTING <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the improvement of the Franklin Street <br /> Bridge, to include the removal and replacement of highway lighting, presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and the State of Illinois, acting through the Illinois <br /> Department of Transportation be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and State of Illinois., <br /> for a fee not to exceed $55,200.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 15th day of March, 2010. <br /> � � � <br /> C A L T.
