<br /> The scope of work envisions seven rounds of ineetings in Decatur:

<br /> Printing, Shipping, misc.: $ 5,000 -$10,000
<br /> The scope of work envisions a high quality final printed document, and depending on the desired level of finish,
<br /> printing costs could range from $50-$100 per book. Additionally, project related printing, flyers, invitations,
<br /> mailings, etc fall in this category and could range widely in price.
<br /> Additional Services:
<br /> Enhanced Web Interface: $ 5,000 -$15,000
<br /> The base scope of work envisions a web site intertace within the existing DPD web site, and would allow the
<br /> design team to post project graphics. Further, the web intertace could accept public comments. We anticipate
<br /> monthly updates and general maintenance of the site would be completed by DPD staff. The additional service
<br /> outlined here wouid allow for a wider range of web capabilities, video documentation of ineetings, and/or monthly
<br /> operation and maintenance of the web site by AECOM staff.
<br /> Additional Illustrations: $3,000 -$5,000 each
<br /> The base scope of work envisions high quality plan renderings generated in Adobe Photoshop or similar software,
<br /> and two-three hand drawn vignette sketches illustrating key components of the plan. If requested, we will provide
<br /> high quality computer generated visual simulations or detailed pencil or water color renderings.
<br /> Enhanced Marina Economic Analysis: $20,000 -$45,000
<br /> The base scope of work envisions market, operations, and feasibility studies suitable for developing a solid
<br /> understanding of what is economically feasible within the marina market for Lake Decatur. At the completion of
<br /> the master plan, we will have a good understanding of the number of slips the market could support, master plan
<br /> level costs associated with constructing and operating the marina, and a static identification of the project cash
<br /> flows of the proposed marina. This additional service would provide an analysis of the cost of the improvements
<br /> in comparison to the cash flow of the project. It would identify a business pro forma of the total project annual
<br /> revenues in relation to project cost and expenses, capital costs, debt service allocations, etc. for the marina
<br /> components. A more detailed analysis would include an annual cash flow assessment of the project for perhaps
<br /> a 10-year period when additional detail is needed. We usually find that the additional detail is needed before
<br /> bonding of a project,where a more detailed market analysis, engineering feasibility and economic analysis would
<br /> also be needed.

<br /> DPD, the City of Decatur, and other municipal agencies or utilities.
