RESOLUTION NO. R2010-36 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF AN ENGAGEMENT CONTRACT <br /> - ACTUARIAL SERVICES- <br /> SANDOR GOLDSTEIN <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the proposal received for actuarial services for the City of Decatur Fire <br /> and Police Pension Funds, and presented herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Sandor Goldstein be accepted and an engagement contract <br /> awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the City Manager and Director of Financial Management, and City <br /> Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute an engagement contract <br /> between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Sandor Goldstein, for said actuarial services for their <br /> proposal of $6,000, with the City having the right of renewal for the following four (4) fiscal <br /> years for the prices indicated in said proposal. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 1 st day of March, 2010. <br /> � � <br /> � <br /> MI H L .
