The eaves are rotted and falling off, the roof leaks,there are extensive <br /> plumbing problems, mold throughout and the interior is strewn with garbage and debris. This house was found to be abandoned and in <br /> a severe state of deterioration. There is evidence of roof leaks, deteriorated siding, doors, windows and <br /> foundation. The interior is full from wall to <br /> wall, and up to the ceiling, with trash and debris leaving only a small path through the interior. Interior <br /> ceilings are collapsing from roof leaks.
