1344 S.Silas-NSI#2009-01265. This case was started on 5-14-09 and unable to be resolved with a <br /> regular housing case. Michael L. Miller is named as the owner in the case. The water service was <br /> terminated in December of 2004 and the gas and electric meters have been locked off. The eaves are <br /> rotted and falling off, a portion of the foundation is collapsing and the house has been partially stripped <br /> and vandalized. <br /> 1232 W.Sunset-NSI#2009-02572. This case was started on 10-7-09. Barbara Warren is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The water service was terminated in January of 2009 and the gas and electric meters <br /> have been locked off. The house is in a severe state of deterioration and has been extensively <br /> vandalized and stripped of items of value. There are electrical system hazards present. <br /> 1167 N. Union-NSI #2010-00116. This case was started on 2-2-10. Nancy Callahan and the Marine Bank <br /> of Springfield are named as the owners in the case. The water service was terminated in July of 2007 <br /> and the gas and electric meters have been removed. There are open holes in the roof, the eaves are <br /> rotted and falling off, the porches are deteriorated, the foundation is deteriorated and the house has <br /> been abandoned. There have been neighborhood complaints of unknown persons entering this house <br /> at night. <br /> 1413 N. Union-NSI #2009-02745. This case was started on 10-15-09. Jeffrey Paulsen is named as the <br /> owner in the case. The water service was terminated in July of 2009 and the gas meter has been locked <br /> off. The house was found to be standing open and abandoned and the owner of record has disclaimed <br /> ownership due to bankruptcy. The house has been vandalized and stripped of items of value and there <br /> is mold throughout. <br /> 1504 N.Walnut Grove-NSI#2009-02535. This case was started on 8-7-09 and unable to be resolved <br /> with a regular housing case. All 0'Neal (Otha B. 0'Neal as agent) is named as the owner in the case. <br /> The house was found to be standing open and abandoned and in a severe state of deterioration all <br /> around. Roof leaks have caused mold and damage to the interior and the porch is rotted and collapsing. <br /> The house has been the subject of neighborhood complaints. <br /> 1012 W. Wood-NSI #2009-02552. This case was started on 10-14-09. Moises Detrinidad and Maximo <br /> Rivera are named as the owners in the case. The water service was terminated in lune of 2009 and the <br /> gas and electric meters have been locked off. The furnace, electrical service and water heater have <br /> been stripped from the house, along with other items of value.
