R2010-19 <br /> RESOLUTION MANDATING TRAINING <br /> OF OPEN MEETINGS ACT DESIGNEES <br /> WHEREAS, the Open Meetings Act was amended effective January 1, 2010; and, <br /> WHEREAS, one amendment to the Act requires the appointment and training of of Open <br /> Meetings Act Uesignees. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Mayor, City Manager, Assistant City Managers, City Clerk, <br /> Corporation Counsel and Assistant Corporation Counsels be, and they are hereby, named Open <br /> Meetings Act Designees and directed to complete all training necessary pursuant to the Open <br /> Meetings Act. <br /> Section 2.
