Church <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Anderson <br /> Backhoe to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the property at <br /> 1261 N. Church. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is an owner consent demolition. The Macon County Trustee presently <br /> owns and owned prior to the commencement of demolition proceedings. <br /> POTENTIAL �BJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $9615.00 from the Community Development Block Grant. <br />
