RESOLUTION NO. R2010-01 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF <br /> SURVEILLANCE THERMAL CAMERA SYSTEM <br /> WEED AND SEED GRANT EQUIPMENT PURCHASE <br /> - DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Department of Justice has approved the Purchase of One Command <br /> Thermal Camera Surveillance System by the Decatur Police Department through the Weed and <br /> Seed Grant Program. <br /> Section 2.
