We have assumed the Contractor will work <br /> 9 months out of the year for a total phase 3 contract effort of 18 months. <br /> Our Scope of Work for this proposal will consist of the following: <br /> l. Project Management and Administration <br /> This item is for setting up project files,preparing and maintaining a project <br /> schedule, management and planning of staff services,project meetings, <br /> coordination with client and preparing necessary monthly reports. <br /> 88 hours and $ 8,146 (Including direct costs) <br /> Dollar amount includes a weighted escalation factor for 2 months in 2009 <br /> and the 9 months in 2010 and 2011 respectively. <br /> 2. Contract Documents <br /> This item includes preparation, design and QGQA of all project documents to be <br /> used for the dredging of Lake Decatur Basin 6 by a private contractor. We have <br /> estimated a total of 40 drawings to be prepared and a Project Manual consisting of <br />
