R2009-235 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID <br /> GILLIG CORPORATION <br /> - REPLACEMENT BUS FRONT CAP - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid submitted for furnishing the Transit System with a replacement <br /> front cap for a bus be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Gillig Corporation be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Purchasing Supervisor of the City of Decatur be, and she is hereby, <br /> authorized and directed to execute a purchase order between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> Gillig Corporation for the purchase of a replacement front cap for a bus, as specified in their bid, <br /> at their bid price of$5,559.36. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 16`h day of November, 2009. <br /> � � <br /> MICHAEL T.
