RESOLUTION NO. R2009-232 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> HOMER L. CHASTAIN & ASSOCIATES, LLP <br /> FOR ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTIONS SERVICES FOR <br /> MACARTHUR ROAD BRIDGE OVER STEVEN'S CREEK, CP06-02 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement authorizing the engineering construction services for <br /> MacArthur Road Bridge over Steven's Creek, presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and Homer L. Chastain & Associates, LLP, be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and i <br /> directed to execute said Agreement between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Homer L.
