Project Management and Administration <br /> This item is for setting up project files, folders, preparing and maintaining a project <br /> schedule for the project. This item also allow for management and planning of <br /> staff services, project meetings, coordination with client and preparing necessary <br /> monthly reports. <br /> 52.5 hours and $ 5,379 (Including direct costs) <br /> 2. Shop Drawing Review <br /> This item includes all coordination required to review, comment and verify <br /> accuracy of shop drawings for project. <br /> 15 hours and $1,516 (Including direct costs) <br />
