That the Proposed Redevelopment Agreement presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and Neimann Holdings, LLC, regarding the redevelopment <br /> of the Pines Shopping Center located at 2280 East William Street and legally described on said <br /> Agreement, be, and the same is hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2.
