Lowber <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends awarding contract to Don Roderick, <br /> Inc. to remove asbestos if required, do necessary plumbing and demolish the property at 1745 N. <br /> Lowber. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. The unknown heirs, devisees, and <br /> legatees of Catherine R. Scanlon are the owners of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Greg Crowe, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Greg and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $5480.00 from the Community Development Block Grant. <br />
