RESOLUTION NO. R2009-215 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE <br /> EMERGENCY WATER MAIN REPAIR <br /> LINCOLN PARK DRIVE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Emergency Water Main Repair at Lincoln Park Drive performed by <br /> Entler Excavating be, and the same is hereby, approved and said payment be made in the amount <br /> not to exceed $5,220.00. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3.
