Stickle, Senior Planner��j <br /> SUBJECT: Receive and File Annexation Agreement-3601 Redlich Drive. <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the attached annexation agreement be <br /> received and placed on file and scheduled for publication. The agreement is scheduled for final action at <br /> the November 16, 2009 City Council meeting. <br /> BACKGROUND: The petitioners wish to annex an approximately 45 foot by 100 foot parcel and have it <br /> zoned as R-3 Single Family Residence District to correspond with the surrounding zoning. The <br /> petitioners will also submit a minor subdivision for approval so they may construct an accessory structure <br /> on this parcel. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: The City Plan Commission will review the rezoning petition prior to <br /> presentation to the City Council. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: None. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Suzan Stickle at 424-2786 or at <br /> sstickle@decaturi l.gov. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None. <br />
