(b) The Owner has filed with the City Exhibit A a preliminary Plat of <br /> Annexation which contains an accurate map and legal description of the Subject <br /> Property, which Plat is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof. <br /> (c) Upon satisfactory performance of all necessary conditions, the <br /> Corporate Authorities shall enact an Ordinance to approve the terms of this Agreement <br /> and adopt the terms herein by reference; the Ordinance shall include the Plat of <br /> Annexatinn and shall become effective immediately upon passage and City agrees to <br /> annex this property. <br /> 3. ZONING. (a) The Nichols II tract shall be zoned "R-3," the same zoning <br /> classification as Nichols 1.
