R2009-207 <br />'I RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT <br /> INTERVENTION BEFORE THE ILLINOIS COMMERCE COMMISSION <br /> IN AMEREN ELECTRICITY CASES <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Intergovernmental Agreement presented to the Council herewith <br /> regarding the intervention in Ameren electricity cases be, and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
