RESOLUTION NO. R2009-206 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH <br /> SKS ENGINEERS FOR LINCOLN PARK DRIVE SLOPE FAILURE REPAIR <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Amendment to the Agreement authorizing the construction <br /> inspection services for the Lincoln Park Drive Slope Failure Repair, City Project 08-12, <br /> presented to the Council herewith between the City of Decatur and SKS Engineers, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the increase is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is authorized <br /> by law. <br /> Section 3.
