R2009-203 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE <br /> 1,000,000 GALLON COMPOSITE WATER TANK AND BOOSTER PUMP STATION, <br /> CITY PROJECT 06-17 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 06-17, 1,000,000 Gallon <br /> Water Tank and Booster Pump Station project, and presented herewith, be received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of$2,588,000 from Landmark Structures I, LP, be accepted and a <br /> contract awarded accordingly as the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, pending IEPA review <br /> and approval of the bids and IEPA loan offer for the project. <br /> Section 3.
