R2009-202 <br />' RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUNDS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS <br /> - RESIDENTIAL RESTORATION INCENTIVE PROGRAM- <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Residential Restoration Incentive Program established for the <br /> purpose of providing grant assistance for the rehabilitation of residential properties located <br /> within the Near West Neighborhood be, and it is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
