' SE�:CTIOI�t 4 DRIP APPLIC;A'I'[ON �'I"I'ACHMENTS <br /> Applications must include the appropriate attachments based on the criteria that the project <br /> meets to receive full consideration for a Decatur Restoration Incentive Program Grant: <br /> ALL PROJECTS <br /> ❑ A letter from the owner granting the applicant permission to complete the proposed <br /> improvements (only needed if the applicant does not own the property). <br /> ❑ A letter of commitment or other evidence of adequate financing. <br /> ❑ Proof of homeowner's/owner's insurance with the City of Decatur additionally insured. <br /> ❑ Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) — Required if the following <br /> conditions are both met: <br /> 1. Property is located in the Near West Historic District <br /> 2. Architectural exterior alterations (any changes in material, style or appearance) to <br /> the structure. <br /> Infill Development <br /> ❑ Floor plans, elevation drawing and any other engineer or architectural sealed plans <br /> needed to show improvements (8 'h x 11). <br /> Building Reuse <br /> ❑ Description of previous and proposed use, including dates. <br /> ❑ Documentation which describes unique attributes of the property such as property <br /> record cards or historic property inventory cards from the Decatur Public Library History <br /> Room (only for Certificate of Appropriateness). <br /> Exterior Improvements <br /> ❑ Photographs of existing fa�ade (and historic photographs of fa�ade for Certificate of <br /> Appropriateness) <br /> ❑ Elevation drawing of proposed fa�ade (for Certificate of Appropriateness, proposed <br /> changes must meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards) <br /> Code Improvements <br /> ❑ Project Cost Worksheet (See attached sample in Section 5). <br /> Residential Units <br /> ❑ Floor plans showing number of new/improved units. <br /> Comprehensiveness of Project <br /> ❑ Project floor plans. <br /> 8 � P <3 �; e <br />
