R2009-196 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR <br /> UTILITY ATTACHMENT TO THE <br /> ILLINOIS ROUTE 48 BRIDGE OVER FRIENDS CREEK <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That there is hereby appropriated the funding not to exceed $7,000 of <br /> Water funds to be paid to the State of lllinois as reimbursement for installing the base plate and <br /> conduit supports for an Ultrasonic Transducer on the Illinois Route 48 Bridge over Friends <br /> Creek. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3.
