RESOLUTION NO. R2009-192 � <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING HONORARY STREET <br /> -BISHOP E. A. MORGAN— <br /> WHEREAS, that on August 17, 2009 the City Council approved an Honorary Street Sign <br /> Program for the City of Decatur, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the designation of an Honorary Street Sign shall be limited to individuals, <br /> organizations, entities and events of local significance to the City of Decatur as determined by <br /> the City Council. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the City Council hereby designates the 300 Block of East Macon Street <br /> in honor of Bishop Eddie Morgan for a period not to exceed ten (10) years from the date of this <br /> resolution. <br /> Section 2. That the Church of the Living God, CWFF shall be responsible for the cost of <br /> the production and installation of the Honorary Street Sign. <br /> Section 3. That the cost shall be paid by the Church of the Living God, CWFF prior to <br /> and as a condition of production and installation of the Honorary Street Sign. <br /> Section 4.
