RESOLUTION NO. R2009-191 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING EXPENDITURE FOR <br /> SANITARY SEWER FLOW METERING EQUIPMENT PURCHASE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the payment to Heartland Controls for the purchase of Sanitary Sewer <br /> Flow Metering Equipment be, and the same is hereby, approved and said payment be made in the <br /> amount not to exceed $20,475.00. <br /> Section 2. That the expenditure is in the best interest of the City of Decatur and is <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 3.
